Shipping Process

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a complete summary of your purchase. We will then begin processing. Once your package has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Possible Delays

If the maximum delivery time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please wait up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If the package has still not arrived, please contact us at support@oliviagiorgia.com with your order number.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@oliviagiorgia.com before the package has been shipped. Once it has been shipped, cancellations are not possible and the return procedure must be followed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at support@oliviagiorgia.com including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send the correct item or an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.
