  • Countries Eligible for Returns: Italy and the Netherlands

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Procedure
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

To start the return process, please send an email to support@oliviagiorgia.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with assistance and detailed instructions for the return.

Before sending items back, ensure they are:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Complete with all original tags attached

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt and approval of the returned item.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@oliviagiorgia.com before the package has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the return procedure must be followed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at support@oliviagiorgia.com including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange to send the correct item or a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@oliviagiorgia.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, returned in the original packaging, and with all original tags. The original item must be returned first, and once received, we will ship your replacement item.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
